W3D3

Didn't journal yesterday, or the day prior. But I have started going to bed much earlier, making the no eating after 8 MUCH easier. I've also set my goal for this week to get up early enough to work out in the mornings, so far I've got 2 days down, Tue & Today. Monday I didn't work out. Today I'm doing a night session as well since I've got Karate.

Monday w/ no free day's I was at 6/10, no journal, ate sweets, didn't work out, and didn't make my personal goal.

Tuesday was a 8 day w/ no free's. Sweets & Journal were my only didn't do.

So far today looks like a 9 day as well w/ sweets being my vice, I did however go and buy a bunch of dried fruits to ease into my treat menu.

W/ allowing myself some sweets I'm eating less, drink no soda not even diet, and feeling all around better.

Broke into the 180's on the scale today, it's been a while since that's happened though I was on my way having quit soda the end of Dec.
