"Why?"
My wife asked when I told her I wanted to frame the picture above. My answer goes beyond being funny. This picture reminds me of things that are of important. A few of the lessons are as follows:
- Family is Eternal, I will be a Dad beyond the grave, President Ezra Taft Benson declared, “Fathers, yours is an eternal calling from which you are never released."
- Smile, even in times of trial, and teach your children to do the same.
- Act, don't allow yourself to be acted upon. (choosing to swing, when the circumstances would hang you.)
More could be found, I'd like added insight...give it a go, what positive life lesson can you derive from the picture above?

Love the wonderful insight Daniel. While pondering the above picture, I was reminded"
-that lunges are a very beneficial form of working out. And no matter how hard they are or how much burn they cause, keep at it and smile.
-also, that no matter how you choose punish your kids, they'll still laugh at you while being punished.
