Another 9/10 day, bad boy didn't eat all his fruits and veggies today.
Still HATE the no eating after 8 rule, today I was just about to have a healthy snack and realized it was 8:22...=(
Did work out for an hour and that felt great, 30 min martial arts 10 min cardio, and the rest was warm-ups/cool down stretching.
Took some vitals today.
197.4 my weight
28.1 my body fat percentage
49.4 my hydration level
Math then would tell me I have 55.5 lbs of fat on my body, yuck.
Never did post what my extra goal was, This week I am focusing on reading a chapter of scriptures and a chapter of an extra book to my girls each night. Should finish Narnia's The horse and his boy by the end of the week.
Tomorrow I do Martial Arts w/ my friend, those are my favorite workouts of the week.
