Took my first FREE day today, and didn't work out, my Martial Arts partner rescheduled for tomorrow and I felt Wed was right in the middle of the week.
Funny thing about all this is I find myself drinking more soda w/ this plan. It alots no more than 2 can's diet soda per day...Since I can't have so many other things I would go to, I find myself drinking diet soda instead, not so sure that's a good thing. I stick w/ Diet Coke cause I hate it and don't want to get addicted again.
I also still hate the no eating after 8 thing. Oddly enough I'm finding it harder to go to sleep, last night I was up until 2 am. It's midnight now and I'm not feeling tired at all.
I am enjoying reading to my girls, I read to them before it was bed time today, actually made bed time a lot smoother since it was done.
W/ my free day, I got my first 10 pt day, ate my fruits & veggies, read more than enough in a book, no sweets, no fast food. More than enough water...blah blah blah.
