Jumped off the horse for a few days, decided today that the no sweets things is not for me...I'm drinking more soda than before and I really don't think that the trade off is all that great. So, I decided to just shoot for 9/10 and call it good.
Work out today was good, FHE didn't get done until 9:30 so I didn't read to the girls. now I'm at 8/10. But then I drank a soda before I made the previous decision...7/10...Had my fruits today, but not my veggies...6/10.
Did read for at least an hour, drank my water, worked out, no fast food, this is my journal...oh but I did eat after 8, so that's 5/10, and there it is.
