Today went well, had a few snacks but no soda...yes.
Did my workout, 50 min on the elliptical, sweet.
Drank my water.
No Fast Food.
Journal.
Read for at least 1 1/2 hours.
Fruits Veggies Check.
I didn't start dinner until 7:50 I'm sure that carried over a bit so no dice on the after 8 thing (still hate that rule.)
Personal Goal...I need to make a new one.
So that puts me at 7/10.
Must say best thing about all this is the motivation to work out, that does feel good. I find if I read while I work out it goes by SO SO Fast.
