Didn't journal yesterday, or the day prior. But I have started going to bed much earlier, making the no eating after 8 MUCH easier. I've also set my goal for this week to get up early enough to work out in the mornings, so far I've got 2 days down, Tue & Today. Monday I didn't work out. Today I'm doing a night session as well since I've got Karate.
Monday w/ no free day's I was at 6/10, no journal, ate sweets, didn't work out, and didn't make my personal goal.
Tuesday was a 8 day w/ no free's. Sweets & Journal were my only didn't do.
So far today looks like a 9 day as well w/ sweets being my vice, I did however go and buy a bunch of dried fruits to ease into my treat menu.
W/ allowing myself some sweets I'm eating less, drink no soda not even diet, and feeling all around better.
Broke into the 180's on the scale today, it's been a while since that's happened though I was on my way having quit soda the end of Dec.

Day 11
Took my Free Day today for Fruits & Veggies as well as Fast Food (It was after all sale day)
So then where did I wind up? Well Dinner was late again, stayed after work blowing up 140 balloons to fill up a coworkers cube for April Fools day, I also hid 12 car fresheners in my boss's office, all mixed smells. That resulted in a late dinner once again.
So I ate sweets, and ate after 8 so that's -2 from my 10. 8/10.
My work out was wonderful, 45 min on the elyptical plus 5 min cool down.
Did weights for another 15 min or so moving a total of 7400lbs over a total of 110 reps.
I was so tired before I went, but knew I had to do it, I'm glad I did it was wonderful. Also got my reading while I was working out.
Fun day, but I need to go to bed, hopefully will beat everyone to work before they can do anything too insane to my desk...though I fully deserve whatever comes my way.

I should have gone for perfect today. A perfect 10 on the 10th day. But I didn't. I had my veggies, and my fruit, in fact I did very well today.

Why 7?
Well I ate after 8 again, and I've sworn off the No Sweets. So yeah.
I am feeling better though, and found myself missing the work out, just had a lot to do today.

Day 9 Now...
Today went well, had a few snacks but no soda...yes.
Did my workout, 50 min on the elliptical, sweet.
Drank my water.
No Fast Food.
Journal.
Read for at least 1 1/2 hours.
Fruits Veggies Check.
I didn't start dinner until 7:50 I'm sure that carried over a bit so no dice on the after 8 thing (still hate that rule.)

Day 8
Jumped off the horse for a few days, decided today that the no sweets things is not for me...I'm drinking more soda than before and I really don't think that the trade off is all that great. So, I decided to just shoot for 9/10 and call it good.
Work out today was good, FHE didn't get done until 9:30 so I didn't read to the girls. now I'm at 8/10. But then I drank a soda before I made the previous decision...7/10...Had my fruits today, but not my veggies...6/10.
Did read for at least an hour, drank my water, worked out, no fast food, this is my journal...oh but I did eat after 8, so that's 5/10, and there it is.
